What does a typical yacht charter encompass?
Each charter comes with a skilled crew, necessary safety gear, fuel, and standard beverages. Various services may include different perks — for instance, sunset trips offer high-end refreshments while business charters provide meeting amenities and tailored catering options.
When should I make a reservation?
It's advised to book at least 2–3 weeks prior for most cases. In high season, in-between May and September, earlier reservations are recommended. For business gatherings and special events, reserving 4–6 weeks in advance is preferable to ensure availability and customization time.
What is the protocol for unfavorable weather?
Your safety is our principal concern. If the captain assesses weather conditions as hazardous, we'll propose an alternate date or provide a refund in full. Weather is closely tracked, and we'll inform you a day ahead of your trip if there's any cause for concern.
Am I allowed to bring my own refreshments and snacks?
Certainly, guests are permitted to bring their own food items and soft drinks. We also offer a variety of catering services with customizable menus to suit your taste. Please note, for safety, glass containers are prohibited on board.
Is there yacht access for those with mobility challenges?
We make every effort to accommodate guests with different needs. Some yachts are more accessible than others. To address specific requirements, we urge you to contact us at the time of booking, and we will suggest the most appropriate vessel and arrange any required accommodations.
What guidelines govern cancellations?
If a cancellation occurs 72 hours or earlier before departure, a full refund is issued. For cancellations made within 72 to 24 hours, you're eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations under 24 hours prior to departure will not be refunded unless due to unsafe weather or mechanical issues on our end.
